- Layout
Select if the message list popup will be place on top, placed at the bottom or centered on the screen. Please note that you can fade out the message list by swiping up (Layout: Top) or down (Layout: Bottom).
- Register for incoming eMail
This checkbox should be only switch off if you have added a new eMail account and you would like to re-register the new inbox. When disabled no new messages will be added to the message list popup.
- Processing Delay
When you are using 3'rd party applications that also handling incoming eMails (and process them) then you might need to delay the processing of iMazing till the other applications have finished it's job. If you don't run any applications that deal with incoming eMails then you can select '-none-'.
- Open popup on new eMails
By default iMazing will display it's message list popup as soon as you receive a new eMail. If you like you can disable this feature completely. Then you can manually open the iMazing message list by launching the iMazing Icon from your HomeScreen.
- Open popup only while on Homescreen
An alternative (to completely turn off the iMazing message popup list) is to enable this function only when you are on the device home screen. As soon as any other application is running in the foreground the popup will be hold (in the background) till you return to the home screen.
- Mark eMail as read when open preview
Select if iMazing should automatically mark an eMail as read once you have opened it with the build in message previewer (single touch)
- Mark eMail as read when reply or forward
Select if iMazing should automatically mark an eMail as read once you make use of one of the 'reply', 'forward' or 'reply all' actions in the message previewer.
- Delay after device unlock
When you have Content-Protection enabled (Options, Security, Encryption, Encrypt (checkbox)), it could happen after the device is unlocked that iMazing could not access the eMail content. In order to avoid this situation your can configure a delay before iMazing is trying to access your inbox after you have unlocked the device.
- Ignore eMail accounts
Select which of your existing eMail accounts should be ignored by iMazing. This function allows you to specify only the 'important' accounts to be added to the popup list.
